Cascina Pian D'Or
Cascina Pian d'Or: nata per coltivare, produrre e valorizzare il Moscato d'Asti. Fin dai primi anni del '900 la famiglia Barbero ha lavorato i vigneti presenti nella zona di Mango, seguendo i canoni della tradizione.
All'inizio degli anni '90 Valter decide di dare una svolta all'azienda e il suo intento è nobile e preciso: trasformare le uve di Moscato d'Asti in vino per valorizzare il prodotto. Viene così proposta una filosofia di lavoro molto chiara: fare apprezzare nel bicchiere la freschezza e la dolcezza di un frutto unico, il grappolo di Moscato.
Una sfida impegnativa che Valter porta avanti con la tenacia antica del lavoro legato alla tradizione in vigna, che trova la sua massima espressione in cantina, durante le fasi di trasformazione del prodotto: il freddo e la microfiltrazione mantengono inalterati gli aromi del vino che conserva la freschezza di un grappolo appena raccolto.
