Nei Distillati Levi vive la montagna valdostana, ambiente unico dove la natura ancora intatta conserva i suoi tesori più preziosi. A coglierli nel segno di un’antica tradizione gelosamente custodita è dal 1700 l’omonima famiglia, esperta nelle arti della selezione delle vinacce e della distillazione. Qui generazioni si sono tramandate i misteri del “grapat”, l’uomo che d’inverno scendeva dai monti per scegliere le vinacce da distillare, materia prima per realizzare prodotti unici e inimitabili.
Oggi azienda moderna e al passo con i tempi, Levi continua a distinguersi per la sua vocazione artigianale, strettamente legata al rapporto diretto con la terra e suoi prodotti. Qui la lavorazione dei distillati d’infuso richiede tempo e accuratezza ed inizia dall’infusione delle erbe e dei frutti in particolari vasche per poi proseguire negli alambicchi dove la loro bontà viene distillata in purezza goccia dopo goccia. L’infuso estrae il sapore e il distillato lo concentra: questo il segreto della sorprendente forza aromatica dei pluripremiati distillatati d’infuso Levi, apprezzati in tutto il mondo.
